Because the idea that we are separate from nature isn’t working. It’s led us, by which we mean, our white ancestors, to create systems based on the idea of perpetual growth at the expense and destruction of others - colonialism, capitalism, racism, and countless other -isms. 

What if we truly believed we belonged? 

What if we embraced our humble and wonderful role as a young and messy species, and learned to be in right relationship with the earth? What new eco-systems would emerge if we embodied that belonging and used it to grow, shape, and revolutionize?
